  • I believe in giving each project my full attention. Limiting my workload ensures that every brand I design receives the care and focus it deserves.

  • I charge a flat fee of $6,000CAD per project, working intensively with one client at a time for one month to deliver a complete brand identity.

  • Each project includes:

    • Brand Strategy & Positioning – Defining your brand’s foundation.

    • Logo Design & Refinement – Creating a distinctive and memorable mark.

    • Typography & Colour Palette – Establishing a cohesive visual language.

    • Brand Guidelines – A document ensuring consistency across agreed scope touch points.

    • Essential Brand Collateral – Business cards, social media assets, or other key agreed scope materials.

  • I deliver a complete, strategic brand identity in just one month by focusing exclusively on one client at a time. My 24 years of experience allow me to work with speed and precision, ensuring a refined, high-impact brand.

  • 1. Deposit & Payments:

       - A deposit of $2,000 CAD is due upon the completion of Week 1: Brand Strategy & Discovery.

       - The remaining balance of $4,000 CAD is due upon project completion, at the end of Week 4: Deliver & Celebrate.

    2. Refundable Deposit:

       - The initial deposit of $2,000 CAD is fully refundable within 7 days of receipt if the client decides to cancel the project before the start of Week 2: Logo & Visual Direction.

       - After Week 1, the deposit is considered non-refundable due to the time and resources already invested into the project.

    3. Non-Refundable Payments After Week 1:

       - Once Week 2 begins and the project moves into the Logo & Visual Direction phase, all payments become non-refundable.

       - Any cancellation after Week 1 will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and the client is still responsible for the remaining balance, which is due upon completion of the project.

    4. Cancellations & Delays:

       - If the client cancels the project after Week 1, the remaining balance is due immediately, and the project will be considered completed, with all deliverables handed over at the client’s request.

       - In the case of a project delay caused by the client (e.g., feedback delays or missed deadlines), the final delivery date may be extended, but payments remain due according to the original schedule unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

    5. Payment Method:

       - Payments can be made via [bank transfer, Interac, Wise, etc.], and must be received in full before the final deliverables are handed over.

    • Early Termination by Client: If the client chooses to terminate the project before Week 2, they are entitled to a full refund of the deposit, minus any administrative or processing fees (if applicable). After Week 1, the deposit is non-refundable, and the client will be responsible for the remaining balance of the project.

    • Termination for Non-Performance by Designer: If the designer is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, personal emergencies), a full refund will be issued for any amounts paid.

  • If you need extra assets like packaging, website design, or marketing materials, we can discuss adding them to the project scope at an additional cost. These will be priced separately based on complexity.

  • I only take on full brand identity projects. This ensures that every brand I design is comprehensive, cohesive, and built for long-term success.
